I have fantastic experiences at this salon. The whole team make people feel completely comfortable and at ease - it’s one of those places where you instantly relax because everyone is so welcoming. Chloe, in particular, is exceptional. Her skill with colour is outstanding; she really listens to what you want. Her cuts are just as lovely. You can tell she genuinely cares about her what she does. It’s rare to find a hairdresser who’s both incredibly talented and so easy to talk to, but Chloe manages both effortlessly. Highly recommend - especially if you want amazing colour, a great cut, and a salon that makes you feel completely comfortable throughout.

I decided after many months to grey blend my colour, the regrowth was white/grey with a brassy yellow blonde band ! After a consultation with Chloe she talked me through what she needed to do to get the colour to suit me ! Well I must say I love it and everyone else loves it ! The salon is very welcoming with lots of treats to choose from while you’re being pampered. Highly recommend for colour correction or any other styling wanted . See before and after photos 😊

I’ve been going to House of Hair Hostess for over three years, and totally recommend this salon. Dom cuts my hair, he’s a fantastic stylist, he listens to me and has true talent in cutting. Sam is a senior colour consultant, she understands my hair and gets it spot on for me. In the last month I’ve started to subscribe to the unlimited blow dry subscription with Amelia, this has changed my life! This service is incredible. Amelia is a young, happy, and very talented hairdresser. My volume and curls last three to four days with Amelia’s super talented work. Great salon and team!

I had my hair done elsewhere on Wednesday and was devastated with the result, it was completely the wrong colour, almost black when I’m normally blonde. I managed to get a consultation at House of Hair Hostess on Thursday, and by Saturday they had completely transformed it! The difference is unbelievable. Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dominic quite literally gave me my dream hair! I can’t wait to go back and honestly couldn’t recommend this salon enough!

I recently visited the salon for a colour, cut and blow-dry with Dom, and overall I had a really positive experience. Dom is clearly very skilled and took great care with my hair — the condition felt lovely afterwards and the finish was beautiful and polished. After my first visit, I realised the colour outcome wasn’t quite as light as I had originally envisioned. When I got in touch to explain this, both Dom and the salon owner, Fay, were incredibly understanding and professional. They listened to my concerns and kindly arranged for me to come back in the following week to adjust the colour. On my return visit, they made the effort to take me lighter and ensured I felt heard and looked after throughout. I really appreciated the time, care, and customer service shown — it’s clear they genuinely want their clients to be happy and comfortable with their hair. Thank you to Dom and Fay for being so accommodating and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would recommend the salon for their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to client satisfaction.
